We are a mobile food kitchen operating out of a lovingly converted 1977 Zephyr caravan.
Fritta was born from a simple obsession: Pizza. But not just any pizza—we are talking about the authentic, golden, crispy goodness found on the streets of Napoli.
Our mission is simple. We believe Italian cuisine is the best in the world, and we wanted to bring a taste of that magic home to New Zealand. That's why we specialise in Pizza Fritta. It's a Neapolitan tradition that many Kiwis haven't tried yet, but once you take that first bite, you'll understand why we're so passionate about it.
